The Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager to take full ownership of SEO strategy and execution for multiple client websites. As an individual contributor, you will lead SEO initiatives, optimize website performance, and provide actionable insights to improve search visibility, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads—without managing a team. 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client goals 

  • Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research 

  • Optimize website structure, content, and on-page elements to improve search rankings 

  • Implement technical SEO improvements, including site speed, crawlability, indexing, and schema 

  • Manage link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and organic visibility 

  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs 

  • Prepare detailed SEO reports and actionable recommendations for stakeholders 

  • Stay up-to-date with algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices 

  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to align SEO efforts with broader campaigns 

Your Experience
  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or Senior SEO Specialist 

  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO 

  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar 

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights 

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) 

  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Highly organized, independent, and results-oriented
