The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid media channels, performance analytics, and conversion-focused strategies, and will play a key role in driving traffic, leads, and revenue.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and other paid media channels
Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI
Manage budgets, bids, and targeting strategies
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools
Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align ads with campaign goals
Research audience behavior, trends, and competitor activity
Ensure ads follow brand guidelines and platform best practices
Continuously test and scale successful campaigns
Your Experience
Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar
Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and analytics tools
Comfortable managing budgets and performance metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a test-and-learn mindset
Experience creating or reviewing ad creatives using tools like Canva or similar is a plus
