Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Growth
• Research and identify target companies and contacts for potential partnerships.
• Support client and candidate outreach initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and client communications.
• Keep data, pipelines, and reports up to date to support business development.
Recruitment & Operations Support
• Help source and build global talent pools for key roles.
• Maintain accurate and consistent records of candidates, clients, and prospects.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal meetings.
• Support day-to-day operations and process improvements as we scale.
Marketing & Brand
• Create and share engaging content that builds Clever’s online presence.
• Research trends, audiences, and competitors to inspire marketing ideas.
• Support campaigns that showcase our people, culture, and client successes.
• Assist with newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
Requirements
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn about marketing, operations, and recruitment.
• Strong written English and confident creating engaging content.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote start-up environment.
• Collaborative, reliable, and takes ownership of outcomes.
Nice to Have
• Experience in marketing, business development, or recruitment support.
• Interest in brand building or digital storytelling.
• Exposure to startups or international teams.
