Founded by Riaz Gajia and David Denholm, Clever brings together decades of experience across recruitment, outsourcing, and professional services.
Riaz has spent over 17 years recruiting for startups, agencies, and global businesses across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. David has built and scaled service-based companies using high-performing global teams.
Together, they saw the same problem again and again: companies wanted to use global talent, but kept getting burned by poor screening and weak accountability.
