Riaz has spent over 17 years in recruitment across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, working for leading global agencies and building his own recruitment business along the way. David brings deep experience in building and scaling service-based teams across multiple industries, powered by exceptional global talent.

We provide fully managed, full-time remote team members who work exclusively for your recruitment business. You choose the role, we handle the hiring, onboarding, HR, payroll, compliance, and ongoing support — all for one simple monthly fee.
How do you find and train your people?
We run a multi-stage recruitment and training program to ensure every Clever hire meets our high standards. Candidates are assessed for skills, communication, and culture fit before completing Clever’s recruitment-specific training, with ongoing coaching and performance reviews after placement.
How flexible is the Clever model?
We keep things simple and scalable. There’s a minimum three-month commitment, after which you can scale up, down, or cancel with 30 days’ notice. Many clients start with one team member and grow as their needs evolve.
